Safe Portal

SAFe portal

Latest ideas:

Inspect the entire user's codebase (e.g. an AI app, with data, ml, etc.), identify what a developer is trying to achieve, verify against best practice (or entire SAFe framework), and provide feedback (dashboard, render errors, suggest fixes).

Start agents locally to perform the job? :)

  1. Scan repo
  2. Identify developer's intent
  3. Suggest implementation / improvement
  4. Implement (with agents?)

Or imagine from 1 OKR:

  • Planning series of releases
  • breakdown with details according to SAFe (as detailed as possible)
  • implement (develop, with tests, etc)
  • run locally

Create a single open source tool with GUI that would make it easy to plan and execute an enterprise according to SAFe (opens in a new tab).

Key ideas:

  • One single app to cover the entire functionality for all respective SAFe hierarchy levels (Full Portfolio (opens in a new tab))
  • Enable replacement / enhancement of any human personnel by AI on any SAFe role
  • Make this app an RAG-enabled (internal & external data sources, internet) enterprise planning / execution asssistant (real-time visibility, hints, reports, decisions, etc.)
    • AI-enabled + based on real-time data from all SAFe processes

Use cases

Nowadays apps are being developed by teams and it takes long time to get it done. Imagine you could generate a lot of those and choose from many different options, all according to and through the lens of SAFe methodology.

Considerations

  • Atlassian offers Support for Safe with Jira Align (opens in a new tab). But the pricing starts $ 46 000 annually with 30 users at minimum. What about having this software as open-source FOR FREE ? What if an enterprise consists of just 1 person, or a small team (several people), which would like to start and execute an enterprise according to the best practice (SAFe), yet without the high entrance barrier of the cost and absence of dedicated software? Having such an open-source software would make it easy for them to plan and execute following best practices, with 1 click and zero overhead.

Long story told short

Free software for SAFe (opens in a new tab) for everybody.
